Tissue Decorations

Fundamentally a tissue decoration is made of several layers of tissue paper glued together in strategic spots. After the glue dries, dies are made to cut out specific patterns which give the compressed tissue its form. Cardstock backing is usually applied to tissue decoration that are going to stand upright like centerpieces or hanging decorations. One of the most common tissue decorations are the Westminster bells. These tissue bells are used for weddings, wedding receptions, and anniversary parties.
