I thought the service was great and packages showed up on time. But the cost to ship a sample to us was ridiculously high. $30 to mail a 12 oz package in 2 day express was high. If you use Fed Ex you should also send the tracking number to the customer, saves the customer wondering if it's going to get here. Thanks for you help with the quick turn around.
