I love the diamond metallic fringe! I add this to strips of tissue paper when I make frill bunting/banners.

If you look closely in the picture, you can see that this fringe is strung together in a honeycomb type chain. To reach 12 feet, you'd have to pull and stretch the honey comb flat and attach it firmly at both ends. The frill is stapled to 2 inch strips of cardboard at the top to hold the honeycomb shape. I wasn't hanging this up anywhere so it didn't matter to me, but it was a surprise when I opened the package.

The 12 inch drop includes about 1.5 inches at the top so the length of the actual diamond frill is slightly less than 12".
