I received the shoe's and there are so cute. One of the shoes has the wire broken that holds up the picture. I am trying to call to get it replaced. Hopefully  it is an easy process. So I am not sure if I rate a 5 star or not. Hopefully it is a 7 star.

The balloon holders were just as expected. Ordering was simple and delivery was fast. The only downfall was that one of the holders arrived broken and since the company is eastern standard time (EST) and I'm PST it has been very difficult to contact for a refund.
