I was so happy to order this for my 21 yr.old,she wore it the whole evening at the family bday dinner,lots of pics,The tiara is well made metal w/tons of glitter,and no it doesn't get everywhere,she wore hers perfectly without the hair combs stayed in place...I highy recommend it :) And thanks to Partycheap for getting it here in time for her big day,so appreciative!!!
