Party Cheap Diamond Rewards Club Terms Of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PARTY CHEAP DIAMOND REWARDS CLUB, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PARTY CHEAP DIAMOND REWARDS CLUB.

Diamond Rewards Club is one way in which Party Cheap endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business. Members of Diamond Rewards Club are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be redeemed for Diamond Rewards Club benefits, also known as “Rewards.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Party Cheap Diamond Rewards Club (“Diamond Rewards Club") which is operated by Party Cheap, or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “Party Cheap”) in Washington D.C., the fifty (50) United States of America, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Party Cheap for other products and services. Party Cheap reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Diamond Rewards Club and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Diamond Rewards Club at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.partycheap.com. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

Your participation in Diamond Rewards Club confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Diamond Rewards Club. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Diamond Rewards Club.

  • The Party Cheap Diamond Rewards Club is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
  • This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Diamond Rewards Club under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
  • Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Party Cheap collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.

JOINING DIAMOND REWARDS CLUB
Customers that create an account with Party Cheap at PartyCheap.com will be automatically enrolled in the Diamond Rewards Club and begin earning rewards with their first purchase.
The registration process requires that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, telephone number, and first and last name.

EARNING POINTS
  • Points are earned by logging into your Party Cheap account and making purchases from PartyCheap.com.
  • You must be logged into your account to redeem points.
  • You will earn Points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of One (1) point for each U.S. Dollar you spend at www.PartyCheap.com on products.
  • Taxes and shipping charges are not included in point calculation
  • Points may be redeemed for Gift Certificates which are then immediately applied to your current cart balance.
  • You are solely responsible for creating and applying the gift certificate to your purchase.
  • Points are non-transferable.
  • Total Gift Certificate amount applied to your transaction cannot exceed total cost of your transaction.
  • Points have no cash value.
  • Points are earned with the currency expressed in U.S. Dollars. No currency exchange is applied to the value of your purchase for the purpose of determining how many Points you have earned.
  • Points are automatically added to your account when your order ships.
  • Points will expire 180 days from date of earning.
  • If you void, cancel, or return a purchase, Party Cheap will deduct the Points that you were awarded for that purchase
  • You can view and track your point balance by logging into your customer account at www.PartyCheap.com/myaccount.asp.
  • From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you special promotions that offer you “Promotional Points." Promotional Points, such as “bonus" Points, will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer.

Miscellaneous
  • There are no membership fees associated with Diamond Rewards Club.
  • Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
  • Your Diamond Rewards Club points and your account at PartyCheap.com are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to others, or used by you for any commercial purpose.
  • Without notice to you, Party Cheap reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Diamond Rewards Club if Party Cheap determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
  • Party Cheap may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Diamond Rewards Club is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
  • Without notice to you, Party Cheap also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the Party Cheap Diamond Rewards Club any Party Cheap account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points earned.
  • In the event that your Party Cheap account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
  • Party Cheap reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Party Cheap Diamond Rewards Club at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
