Yes. We will accept returns on unopened and unused, non-hygiene related products. Please make sure the products are returned back to us within 60 days from the original purchase. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. You must call us at 1-800-224-3143, and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to put on the outside of your package. This RMA Number will help us associate your return with your original order. Any packages received without an RMA are not eligible for a refund. You will need to pay the postage for the return shipment and this is non-refundable. Once our warehouse receives and determines that the items are unopened and eligible for credit, you will receive your credit via your original payment method. Tags:
