Why did my credit card get charged multiple times?
Last Updated: 11/08/2013
Your card is only charged once, and that is when your order ships from our shipping facilities. Occasionally our fraud prevention software will deny an online purchase if the billing information you provide does not match the billing information your bank has on file. Every time you attempt to place an order online with an incorrect billing address an additional "Hold" will be placed on your card even if the order was not accepted.

If you receive a notification that your order can not be processed online please call us at 1-800-224-3143. We can help you place your order over the phone.
