Scene Setters go by several names including Insta-Theme and Room Decor. A Scene Setter typically consist of a background scene and additional add-on props that you can use to decorate your walls for a party. We have Scene Setters for several different holidays and theme parties. The actual Scene Setter background is printed in color on a very thin sheet of plastic that you can attach to your walls. Most Scene Setter themes consist of a lower half and a top half so make sure you purchase both to cover your entire 8 foot wall.
