Order Status
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. As a reminder, our carriers may not deliver on Saturday's.
My order never arrived.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at (800) 224-3143 for assistance.
An item is missing or damaged.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that all of your packages were delivered. If your package was damaged or an individual piece was damaged please contact us at (800) 224-3143 for assistance. PartyCheap.com reserves the right to either refund or replace missing or damaged goods.
I received the wrong product.
 
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product at (800) 224-3143.
When will my order ship?
 
Orders are sent to our shipping warehouse every business day at 1:55 pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 1:55 pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Orders that are shipped via expedited methods (Overnight and 3-Day) are processed before all standard ground shipments.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 12 hours of shipment.

Our carriers may not deliver on Saturday. Please make sure to only count business days when calculating shipping.

IMPORTANT: Enter your full shipping address - including street address and any PO Box, Apartment, Suite number etc. We utilize UPS, FedEx and the USPS for package delivery. Your order may be cancelled if we are unable to contact you for a complete physical address. (i.e. if using a PO Box, include a street number and street name as well.)
