How to Create A Snowflake and Snowman Winter Wonderland Scene
Create your own Snowflake and Winter Wonderland scene! Here's how we did it: we started with the Winter Sky Backdrop, and attached that to the top of the wall, then we added the Snowscape Backdrop to the bottom. Then to the bottom of the Snowscape Backdrop we added the Holiday Fence Border. We also used a variety of our snowflake and snowmen products in our winter scene, like the Snowman Cutouts, the Penguin Cutouts, the Jointed Snowman, the Snowman Peel N Place, and the Snowgirl Peel N Place. We also added the Christmas Tree Peel N Place to give our scene more of a Christmas feel, but you don't have to add this to your winter scene. On the door next to the winter background we used the Snowflake 1-Ply Gleam N Curtain and the Winter Door Cover.
Then we decided to hang some snowflakes from the ceiling. We used the Foil Snowflake Danglers, the Snowflake Stringer, the 3-D Prismatic Snowflake Gleam N Garland, and the Dip-Dyed Snowflakes.
How to Make A Hanging White Tissue Ball Snowman
 Use the White Tissue Ball Hanging Snowman as a fun and decorative winter or Christmas hanging decoration. Create and use this Hanging Snowman for your home or party for as little as twenty dollars. You can create this White Tissue Ball Hanging Snowman at home. It is really quite easy!
Start with the White and Silver Gleam N Fest Festooning Garland. You’ll want to tie a knot at the one end of garland. The knot will help hold the snowman in place while he's hanging. Then take the White Art-Tissue Ball, 19 inches and wrap it around your garland, so your tissue ball is wrapped around your garland. This is the bottom of the snowman.
Then take the White Art-Tissue Ball, 14 inches, and wrap that around the garland too. This is the middle of the snowman. Then take the White Art-Tissue Ball, 12 inches, and wrap it around the garland. This is the top of the snowman.
Now that you have your snowman together, he needs a black top hat. We used the Black Plastic Topper Hat and we cut a small hole at the top. We slipped the White and Silver Gleam N Fest Festooning Garland through the hole in the hat, until it met up with the top of the White Art-Tissue Ball, 12 inches or the top of the snowman’s head.
Lastly, give your snowman a red scarf by using the Red Art-Tissue Festooning. Just cut a piece and double it, and tie it around the White Tissue Ball Snowman's neck in a loose knot. It will hang just like a scarf. Give the Hanging White Tissue Ball Snowman a friend by taking the Art-Tissue Penguin and throw a red scarf around him too!
