Party Cheap Came Through!! July 23, 2011 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Bowie, MD United States   PartyCheap was an integral part of making  my grandson's 5th birthday party a big success.  The eye patches on this site were perfect! I shopped many stores and websites and all of the patches were for adults and would not fit the youn children at our party.  Seeing 25 kids with their eyepatches and pirate wear made for a wonderful picture and memory,  Thank you PartyCheap!!
