It is a nice piece and the colors are bright. The cardboard section has to be folded and taped together in order for the top piece (the metallic "spray") to be attached which ALSO has to be taped on so that it doesn't fall apart.  It will also have to be weighted down as we will be using them for an outdoor event.  It also could be a little taller.  Looks nice though.

Really Great Table Decorations April 28, 2011
