Stadium Back Drop January 29, 2015 Reviewer: Kary T from Ridgecest, CA United States   We ordered the lower deck along with the upper deck. It will make for a great look at our upcoming football party. The light plastic is quality and was easy to hang. Although on our initial order the vendor got the packaging wrong, Party cheap made good on the vendors mistake and got us what we needed in time. I highly recommend Party Cheap for your party needs!
