I ordered the Western Vests and they arrive in good shape and at least a day before they were expected.
The order process was easy, with clear instructions.  This was my first time ordering from Party Cheap. The vests were used as part of a costume we used for a 'Ham it up' Youth Expo, 4-H Food Booth. The kids loved the entire costume including paper mustaches, hats and bandanas!

I only order a couple at first. I wanted to make sure it would fit a man and it did. So ordered more as part of a costume theme for 2013 Mardi Gras parade.

I bought this vest for my husband to wear and I ended up wearing it because it was so small. Its a great vest if it fits you, but I would not recommend for men.
