My friend was so happy when I gave her the '21' light up tiara. She especially liked the feathers which gave it that extra toush of fashion. This is perfect for any girl approaching her 21st birthday!

My daughter had so much fun wearing this tiara. People were wishing her Happy Birthday which she thoroughly enjoyed and savored. She will pass it on to her friends so they too can celebrate when they turn 21!
