My suggestion would be to package it on its own or at least secure it a little better. It looked awesome, but one section was a little messed up from where it had been ripped during delivery.

This thin plastic knight/shield is lightweight and easy to hang from a nail in the wall. My only concern with storing it for later use is making sure it won't warp or bend. I guess we'll find out.
