thank you for the prompt delivery & quality of the western bolo ties for my husbands memorial service. the only thing that could be improved is the box was not adequetly taped and two of the loose ones must of slipped out through the hole in the box.
I know sometimes its the carrier that delivers and rough with the boxes, but more tape could of been dispensed for security (Like horizontially as well as vertically)
But everything else was wonderful! would it be possible for you to send me the two that was missing? Thank you very much. Mrs. Jeff J. Ames
