Excellent Experience-Excellent Hats Thursday, June 15, 2017 Reviewer: ANNETTE BREAZEALE from SARASOTA, FL United States   What a great company. When my box arrived looking as if one end had been stepped on by a hippo I was crushed to find that half the hats I had ordered were mangled beyond saving. An email (with pictures of the box and hats) to Partycheap was all it took to have new hats on the way to us immediately, no charge!  These top hats are sturdy and good looking and will be perfect on stage. top hats Wednesday, May 23, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Monroe, CT United States   So far we are pleased with our purchase.  They arrived quicker than expected and are of the quality I expected.  I am using them as part of a theatre on ice program and they will be handled quite a bit by my team of 17 girls.  They appear to be well made and able to withstand the "abuse" of kids.
