I saw these at a bunch of different places, Party Cheap had it the cheapest :) They do have weighted bottoms if you want to attach balloons to the centerpieces.

These are exactly what we need.  We are decorating 45 tables for a dinner dance for the developmentally disabled in our community & we are on a very limited budget.  So these combined with the Snowflake fanci-fetti also ordered will make the tables sparkle & bring joy to these people.
