These go great with the plastic vests, but are a little small for adult heads

They were nice, it was a little to hot to wear them, but overall good.

The theme was for a Chili Cook off and we took a prize for best decoration!!!!

2 of 5 Black not velour fedora Wednesday, February 25, 2015
Reviewer: Lauren Coe from Titusville, FL United States
This is not a velour hat.  It is plastic like a kids hat covered in a felt stuff only on top.  Inside is cheap thin plastic. It was fine for the price just not what I expected but hey for the price it was good enough.
