Black Vel-Felt Top Hat Black Vel Felt Top Hat

Of all of our top hats, this Black Vel-Felt Top Hat is one of the finest for the price.

It is covered with a soft felt velour material around a rigid plastic form that will keep its shape, but will bend when pushed. There is a black ribbon around the base of the hat for a richer look.

This Black Top Hat is perfect for theatrical and dance groups, and makes a perfect Victorian costume accessory. We also offer black plastic top hats for the more economical-conscious situations. This upscale looking Black Vel-Felt Top Hat would pair nicely with the Black Theatrical Cane, and the Theatrical Gloves for an elegant red carpet look.

Used these for centerpieces for a 90th birthday party.  They looked mazing with white and green flowers.  Shipped quickly too!

We were pleased with the hats, but many of them had creases and bumps due to being packed so tightly together.
