The individuals at PartyCheap were great to work with!  We are a tax-exempt organization.  I received a personal telephone call back the day I placed the order indicating the paperwork had been received and the tax had been removed.  I received another telephone call shortly after that indicating my order was ready for pick-up.  I stopped by the next day on my way to work and the box was ready for me at the front desk.  Very efficient and effective customer service!  Our organization will be ordering again.
