This order was for a re-ship of an inflatable dragon that had a pin hole and would not stay inflated. While I had ordered the dragon almost a month before, I didn't inflate it until the Tuesday before the party on Saturday. Imagine my panic when I came home from work on Wenesday to find out it had deflated. The dragon was part of the "big" game we had at a 4 year olds knights and princess party. I called and the customer service rep was very understanding and overnighted a new one to me. She saved the day! Thank you so much!
