There is a white cardstock band around the brim of hat with black music notes. Each hat fits a full adult head size. You receive one White Plastic Skimmer with Music Note Band per package. Loved the skimmers.  They were perfect for the occasion. Some were used on the food table display and others were worn by the entertainment group and the guest of honor at our event. This occcasion was celebrating 25 years of service by the Music Director of our Church.
