The metallic band has white fringes from the sides of the band and alternating wedding heart design & peace dove different lengths of cutouts dangling from the metallic band. The string at the top of the metallic band is to use hang this Wedding Shimmering Spiral with our Party Stick Ceiling Hooks (not included). It measures 40 inches long and when it arrives to you, it is completely assembled.
