Say "Happy Birthday" or say "anything" on the banner that is included with this colorful Tissue Hot Air Balloon. You could use the one side of the Tissue Hot Air Balloon for a Birthday Party, and use the other side of the banner which says "Happy Birthday." Or just the balloon without the banner for a Carnival Party and create your own phrase. It is 13-1/2 inches tall, and is made of rainbow tissue paper. There is a string attached at the top of the balloon so you can hang the Tissue Hot Air Balloon, or if you'd like to create a way to stabilize it, it would make a great centerpiece. We also have a Tissue Hot Air Balloon in 22 inches or if you are looking for something larger we also have a 41 inch Tissue Hot Air Balloon. The Tissue Hot Air Balloon arrives to you flat for easier storage and shipping. All you need to do is open it up and use the "twisty" style fasteners to fasten one side of the balloon to the other.

I received my hot air balloons in excellent time and they are wonderful quality.  Tomorrow is the wedding barbecue and all the balloons will be brightening the yard, along with the promised sun.
