My order was received quickly, but not all pieces were in the sealed bag it came in.  I phoned your 800 number, and was connected to the kindest young lady. I explained I was having a baby shower that weekend and really wanted this for the shower. She assured me that she would ship a replacement immediately, which she did.  I had it in time for the shower, and yes everyone commented on it.. I made sure I passed along your online site and encouraged them to check it out..I am very happy with my first order, as well as your promptness in correcting an error..I'm thrilled that I found your site..
