These are much bigger than I was expecting. Very colorful and showy!

These are larger than most hanging whirls which make them well worth the money and are actually large enough to add as a true decoration to the room.

All the product is great.... however I did not receive it as promised. Shipping via UPS was problematic. The product sat in a warehouse less than 3 hours away from me for over 27 hours and I was told by UPS that it was the shipper that made arrangements to have it delivered on the date chosen (Jan 21st). The Worldwide Expedited as chosen was 2-3 days and the product was ordered Jan 15th and needed Jan 18th. Thankfully Party Cheap credited back the shipping charges. The other thing that surprised me was a charge on delivery - I would assume some duty - of approximately $10. No one explained this to me.
