All the product is great.... however I did not receive it as promised. Shipping via UPS was problematic. The product sat in a warehouse less than 3 hours away from me for over 27 hours and I was told by UPS that it was the shipper that made arrangements to have it delivered on the date chosen (Jan 21st). The Worldwide Expedited as chosen was 2-3 days and the product was ordered Jan 15th and needed Jan 18th. Thankfully Party Cheap credited back the shipping charges. The other thing that surprised me was a charge on delivery - I would assume some duty - of approximately $10. No one explained this to me.

This was a purchase for our VBS cafe theme and this was great for hanging down the center of our fellowship hall. Easy decoration. Loved it! We ordered several items and was very pleased with the easy way to decorate and best prices compared to other retailers.
