Rusty Barbed Wire Garland October 10, 2012 Reviewer: Jeff Brown from St. Thomas, ON Canada   The rusty barbed wire garland is well made and fits in nicely with our First World War education day programming.  It is a good product.  My only disappointment was that I paid approximately $77.00 for shipping and was charged an additional $107.00 by UPS in "brokerage fees".  Ouch.  That was unexpected.
