Black plastic topper hat January 10, 2012 Reviewer: Donna DiFiore from Tucson , AZ United States   The top hats were awesome for our wine tasting party.  Everyone enjoyed being a part of the show with their top hat.  As people passed by the restaurant and saw lots of people in black top hats they wandered in to become a part of the party.  Great quality and fast shipping.  I will buy again. great price, great product December 9, 2011 Reviewer: Sofia Van Nostrand from Jersey City, NJ United States   We tried finding top hats for our winter wonderland themes birthday party so everyone could be a snowman. These were the only ones we found that were within our budget and they were perfect! Can be easily customizable with paint and gluing in decirations. They also shipped really fast! Adorable July 7, 2011 Reviewer: Kristin from United States   I had looked virtually everywhere for inexpensive, decent quality, IN STOCK top hats for my daughter's birthday party.  I stumbled upon this site - thankfully - and found just what I was looking for.  Priced right - even with shipping it was much less expensive than other sites (although I would have preferred a lesser shipping cost, it was reasonable enough).  The items arrived quickly & well packaged.  Very cute - and even better quality than I had expected.  I'd most definitely order from partycheap again!
