Stickers on top of each hat? Annoying February 28, 2012

I had no time to remove the stickers on top of these hats and they looked bad. they were impossible to remove nicely, quickly.

The top hats were awesome for our wine tasting party.  Everyone enjoyed being a part of the show with their top hat.  As people passed by the restaurant and saw lots of people in black top hats they wandered in to become a part of the party.  Great quality and fast shipping.  I will buy again.

We tried finding top hats for our winter wonderland themes birthday party so everyone could be a snowman. These were the only ones we found that were within our budget and they were perfect! Can be easily customizable with paint and gluing in decirations. They also shipped really fast! We could not be happier!

I had looked virtually everywhere for inexpensive, decent quality, IN STOCK top hats for my daughter's birthday party.  I stumbled upon this site - thankfully - and found just what I was looking for.  Priced right - even with shipping it was much less expensive than other sites (although I would have preferred a lesser shipping cost, it was reasonable enough).  The items arrived quickly & well packaged.  Very cute - and even better quality than I had expected.  I'd most definitely order from partycheap again!
