Am very pleased with this product.., I have to decorate a large area, the Twirly Whirlys are a perfect addition to what ever theme I am doing. Easy to store and re useable! I look for quality as well as value. Considering I host 1 party per month, Party cheap is my favorite place to shop.. The products give me a lot of BANG FOR MY BUCK.
