Very fragile thin plastic.  "Look but don't touch" kind of thing.

It did not work as a prop.

Easy to hang. Good size. I put stickers on them to personalize for my event. They looked great. I got a lot of complements. Since they are made of a durable plastic, I did not have to worry about them being outside.

1ST PURCHASE FROM PARTYCHEAP/NOT MY LAST! April 15, 2013
