Get this instead of the paper version March 18, 2012

I bought both types of this product the plastic and paper version...Do yourself a favor, spend the small amount of extra money and get the plastic "tape" version(get the "Poly Tape Roll" instead of the "Crepe Streamer")...it's just much, much better than the paper. The paper color was somewhat faded and it tore very easily.  The plastic looked and worked so mcuh better.

Perhaps the tape in the title is what led me to believe these would be sticky.  Not so - just a roll of checkered plastic.  It served it's purpose however and made my classroom look good.
