I was very pleased with the selection, service and prompt delivery of the items I ordered. I received one item that was slightly damaged and notified the company by e-mail. It was  replaced in a matter of 3 days which I didn't expect or even need that soon. This was my second experience buying cut-outs that I used to be able to locate stores. I would not hesitate to recommend or use PARTYCHEAP in the future. Their customer service is awesome - their prices very reasonable.

The Constitution Cutout is a remarkable accent .It is authentic in appearance and adds an historical flair to any patriotic event.  It also is a great cutout to be displayed in the classroom anytime.
