1ST PURCHASE FROM PARTYCHEAP/NOT MY LAST! April 15, 2013

PARTYCHEAP had exactly what I was looking for when no one else did.  The description was complete, the price was right, delivery was speedy, and the product was fantastic.

I will turn to PARTYCHEAP first from now on.

We used the preservers on a homecoming float at our football game.  Our theme was nautical nights, so it was a perfect touch.  They were lightweight but sturdy and held up so well that we could use them again if needed.
