The kids love to sing into them, and they are very sturdy!  The glitter does come off if they get it too close to their mouth, so they are not really meant for children under 4. Otherwise great product.

Great Prop For Pictures January 20, 2012

We bought  2 of these to use for my daughter's "A Night In Hollywood" party.  Added a nice touch for the photo props but 1 of the microphones lost most of the glitter before it even came out of the package.  The other one  looked great so it may have just been a one time occurence.

The glitter microphones were used during a lip sync performance.  The microphones added glam.  After the performance several people asked for the microphones including the DJ.  This item was a big hit.
