| 4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
1 teaspoon Minced Clove Garlic
1 medium Green Pepper (diced)
½ cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers
2 tablespoons Onion (diced)
4 oz. Feta Cheese
2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1 (16-oz.) bottle Caesar Dressing
¾ lb. Pasta
| Saute green pepper, garlic, roasted bell peppers & onion in oil until tender.
Cube chicken breast and add to this mixture.
Saute chicken breast until no longer pink.
Add feta cheese & parmesan cheese.
Cook on medium heat until cheeses are melted.
Add the caesar dressing and simmer until ingredients are blended, approximately 10 minutes.
Cook pasta per package directions.
Scoop chicken mixture over pasta and serve.
