PartyCheap's Favorite Recipes, Vol II

Here is second round of recipes for chilly weather. Try these out and tell us what you think!


⅓ cup Evaporated Milk
3 lbs. Ground Beef
2 cups Oatmeal
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 cup of each Onion & Green Pepper (chopped)
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls.
Spray a cookie sheet and place meatballs evenly on pan.
Cover meatballs in sauce of your choice (we recommend a red sauce)
Bake 45 minutes.


4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
1 teaspoon Minced Clove Garlic
1 medium Green Pepper (diced)
½ cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers
2 tablespoons Onion (diced)
4 oz. Feta Cheese
2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1 (16-oz.) bottle Caesar Dressing
¾ lb. Pasta
Saute green pepper, garlic, roasted bell peppers & onion in oil until tender.
Cube chicken breast and add to this mixture.
Saute chicken breast until no longer pink.
Add feta cheese & parmesan cheese.
Cook on medium heat until cheeses are melted.
Add the caesar dressing and simmer until ingredients are blended, approximately 10 minutes.
Cook pasta per package directions.
Scoop chicken mixture over pasta and serve.


1 (29 oz.) can Pure Pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated Milk
3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup chopped Pecans
¾ cup Melted Margarine
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix the first six ingredients until well blended and pour batter into a 9x13 greased pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover with pecans.
Pour melted margarine over top.
Bake 50 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
