To best display this product, layer it overtop of the Undersea Backdrop. The top of the border is partially clear so the Undersea Backdrop will show through. You could even use the Ocean Floor Border and Undersea Backdrop with the Mermaid Props to create your very own mermaid party backdrop.

The ocean floor border was a bit more wrinkled and a little bit shinier than the ocean which is matt.  But it looks good and if it were taped to the ocean backdrop from behind before hanging, it would go up easily.
