Decent hats August 19, 2011

These hats are okay. They look a little cheap, but will be good for a cheap way to make my new year's eve wedding a bit more festive.

I had an issue with UPS breaking my hats in transit and partycheap was great! They immediately shipped me new hats no questions asked. Great customer service.
