This Metallic Oktoberfest Fringe banner is four feet wide and made of a highly reflective foil material that is sure to catch your eye. The banner is attached at the top and long slits are cut up from the bottom of the banner so they will flutter gently in a breeze and will look great if you are decorating an outdoor beer garden. The fringe banners went perfect to decorate each of our check in tables, and raffle tables they also could be hung on wall as they had two string hoops at each end.
