Dress up for a pioneer day re-enactment or as a frontiersmen in this cheap coonskin cap. Each cap is made with fake raccoon fur so you can stay nice and warm quilt free. The first coonskin caps were made by Native Americans and adopted by the early settlers looking for a way to stay warm during winter. The coonskin cap was also popular in the 50's for little boys who were dressing up as Daniel Boone or Davey Crockett running around the yard playing cowboys and Indians. If you are planning on running around the yard we also have a cheap Indian headband and western gun cutouts that are pretty safe.
